I've been to France for 18 days :)
It was a wonderful experience for me .
I went to school and I lived with french people.
I learned a lot of thing there.
someday, I surely wanna be there again...

For this article, as I promised, I'll introduce you how to make Bu chim Gae
it's a little like Tortilla, Spanish food. But it's different because it's spicy (!!

Then let's learn how to make it in Home ^^

first, prepare tuna, vegetables(onion, salad or so), egg, and flour. And mix it as you see in the picture.
Then fry it in the pan. You can make it as you want (ingredient, taste). Make it your taste and enjoy ^^ it's very easy.

Actually, in Korea, we usually add Kim chi(Korean Cuisine which is very spicy) to it but since you don't have, it's okay even if you don't add it.

Alors apprenons à le faire à la maison.

D'abord, préparez du thon, légume, oeuves et de la farine. Ensuite mélangez comme vous voyez sur la photo
Et faites frire en la casserole. Vous pouvez le faire comme vous voulez(ingrédient, goût). Faites le votre goût et amusez vous ^^ c'est très facile

En fait, en la corée, on y ajouter Kim chi(la cuisine coréenne très épicée) comme d'habitude, mais comme vous n'avez pas, c'est bien même si vous ne l'ajoutez pas.

Today, I'll introduce you Korean foods : Kim bap and Bi bim bap. Koreans eat rice everyday. But it doesn't mean that we only eat rice everyday. Our staple is rice and we eat rice with many subdishes. But what I'm gonna introduce to you is not subdish, but rather main dish.

Koreans like mixing many things to improve taste. It's like westerners add sauce to foods. As you see Kim bap (the first picture), it contains many things inside, and the outside is rice. It's so nice and delicious. Also, it's so convenient to eat when we have no time to eat. We also can take it to outside. That's why Koreans take out Kim bap when they go on picnics.

Next, you can see Bi bim bap. This is similar to sandwith, because in the past, Korean people ate this when they had no time to cook food. As you know, they were usualy farmers. But still Korean people eat Bi bim bap a lot and Jeon joo is famous for Jeon joo Bi bim bap. You can see, it's usually hot. Look at the second picture. It's Bi bim bap.

Many people would like to try Korean cuisines seeing this posting. So, I'll introduce to you to make Bu chim gae next time, which is similar with Tortilla, Spain food. ^^





Aujourd'hui, je présenterai sur les cuisines coréenne - Kim bap et Bi bim bap. Coréens manges du riz tous les jours. Mais, ça ne veut par dire que on seulement mange du riz tous les jours. Coréens aiment mélanger beaucoup de chosees à améliorer la goût. C'est comme ça les occidentals de l'ouest ajoutent de la sauce à les cuisines. Comme tu vois, Kim bap (la première photo), il contien tas de choses à l'intérieur. Et dehors, c'est du riz. c'est très bon et délicieux. Aussi, il est très commode à manger quand on n'a de temps à manger. on peut l'emporte dehors, aussi. C'est ainsi que les coréens emportent Kim bap quand ils pique-niquent.

Ensuite, vous pouvez voir &acute;Bi bim bap&acute;. C'est comparable au sandwitch, car dan le pasée, les coréens le mangeaient quand ils n'avaient de temps à cuisiner. Comme vous voyez, ils seraient agriculteurs, normalement. Mais encore Coréens mangent Bi bim bap beaucoup et Jeon Joo est populaire pour Jeon Joo Bi bim bap. Comme vous voyez, c'est normalement piquant. Voyez la secondaire photo. C'est Bi bim bap.
